Plan submission information:
As a reminder, approval is required for the following property improvement activities:
- Lot clearing, tree removal, any work in buffer zone
- Putting in a driveway (temporary or permanent
- Shoreline stabilization (installing rip-rap, etc.)
- Dock Installation
- New home construction
- Landscape installation
- Changes after original construction to a home’s exterior or landscape (Contact an ACC member to determine if the planned change requires approval.)
For timely handling, your requests for approval must include the appropriate “Schedule” as listed in the Architectural Guidelines All Architectural Compliance Schedules can be obtained by clicking Schedules The completed schedules along with the appropriate fees ,listed below, are to be sent to the following address:

Fees due at plan submission:
$1,500 Application Review Fee.
$5,000 Construction Escrow Deposit.
All checks must come from the Property Owner and made payable to WSC Owners Association, Inc.
