Plan submission information:
As a reminder, approval is required for the following property improvement activities:
- Lot clearing, tree removal, any work in buffer zone
- Putting in a driveway (temporary or permanent
- Shoreline stabilization (installing rip-rap, etc.)
- Dock Installation
- New home construction
- Landscape installation
- Changes after original construction to a home’s exterior or landscape (Contact an ACC member to determine if the planned change requires approval.)
For timely handling, your requests for approval must include the appropriate “Schedule” as listed in the Community Rules & Regs document. All Architectural Compliance Schedules can be obtained by clicking the Community Rules and Regulation link at top of page. The completed schedules along with the appropriate fees, listed below, are to be sent to the address listed below. $1,500 Application Review Fee.
$5,000 Construction Escrow Deposit.
